Congratulations to David Ellis on his promotion to Mentorship Manager!

In his new role, David will be training and developing his teammates throughout the Virginia District at least twice a month! His strong start to his AMP career and determination to learn and grow made it an easy decision.

David Ellis started with AMP at the end of April 2023. He hit the ground running and quickly onboarded by completing his 8 Google Street View Trusted sales! David ended the May sales month with $13,245 in total sales, with 3 OPTIMA™ accounts and 13 GSV customers. In June, he achieved even more, with $18,221 in total revenue, securing 6 new OPTIMA™ customers, 7 GSVs, and an additional Video sale! David constantly challenges himself and has stepped up to the plate, now able to build new skills and train others.

David has previous sales experience, having worked for the Good Feet Store, where he sold specialized orthotics before deciding to join the AMP family. David is recently engaged to his fiancée Emily and has a 4-year-old dog named Dodge, who is his adventure buddy and loves to go on hikes. Originally from Leesburg, VA, David moved to the Roanoke area after graduating from Radford University. His favorite hobbies include spending time with his fiancée and dog, cooking, and indulging in espresso. 

We are excited to promote David to this role, knowing he will excel in it. He is truly selling to help and a student of the game, determined to make a positive impact in the communities he serves. David has been an amazing addition to Team Virginia, and we are confident that he will help his teammates succeed in this new training role!
