Congratulations to our June 2023 Employee of the Month, Kelli Sullivan!
Kelli started with AMP in November of 2022 as a GSV Scheduling Assistant. Her manager, Asia, approached Kelli in the middle of May with the opportunity to take on a whole new role in the Customer Support department. Kelli has been Asia’s right hand person on the scheduling side since she started with AMP and Asia needed someone who was knowledgeable of systems and processes to take on the new adventure. In June, AMP Support Services has had two new hires join the team and Kelli has played a large role in training each of them, along with assisting the current team by answering questions.
After a month in her new role, Kelli has ensured all emails and customer voicemails are answered within the same day. She has also assisted in keeping the team’s case count low for a total team case count of 12 open cases with resolutions to customers within 3-5 business days. The Support Services team is very lucky to have her and she most definitely has earned this award for employee of the month!

“I am shadowing Kelli this week and it has become very clear that she has been working in customer experience, training new hires in CE roles, and calmly and collectively solving customer issues in a solution-based mindset without having many hands on deck to help her. I’ve been able to overhear her on the phone with customers who begin the call upset and by the time the call is finished, Kelli has listened and offered solutions to fit their unique situations. It’s exciting to see the customer end the call appreciative and happy. Kelli sets an excellent example of what a customer experience specialist should strive to be.“
