Congratulations to Kyle Engstrom on his promotion to Mentorship Manager for Central Region!

Kyle joined AMP in June of 2022 after being recruited by Kye-Won Doyle in April of 2022. After attending GSV training via Zoom with our Corporate Trainer, Connie LaPak, Kyle was really excited for his 1^st day in the sales field and he had a great sales plan put together in his 1^st territory –Arlington Heights, Illinois. Kyle’s District Manager, Raphael Weaver, conducted the 1st day start with Kyle and recounted the day, sharing, “We didn’t make a sale, but Kyle didn’t get discouraged, he went out the very next day on his 1st solo day in the sales field and he sold two Custom Google Street View packages for $6,900.” Kyle went on to sell eight GSV sales in his 1^st nine days with AMP to complete GSV on-boarding, and he made two OPTIMA^™ sales before he was officially trained to sell OPTIMA^™. Due to his quick adaptation to the fundamentals of our work, his great attitude, and work ethic, Kyle was promoted to the Elite Mentorship Team in July of 2022. After OPTIMA^™ training, Kyle didn’t abandon selling GSV, he continued to sell GSV and he quickly learned how to sell OPTIMA^™ and started on his path to Senior Digital Sales Representative. On October 26^th, 2022, Kyle earned his Senior Digital Sales Representative promotion by closing a Platinum OPTIMA^™ sale to a construction company.

The 1^st three months of Kyle’s career with AMP were incredible and we knew that he was special and had a very bright future ahead of him. Kyle sold $14,475 of digital revenue in June of 2022, which was his 1^st month with AMP. He followed that up with $16,334 in July of 2022, $16,200 in August, and $25,087 in October. In his 1^st project, Arlington Heights, Kyle sold an impressive 61 digital accounts and successfully completed his 1^st digital project on time and on target. His resume gets even more impressive as he was inducted into the AMP DNA Hall of Fame by being the 2^nd person in all of AMP to sell 25 DNA (Digital New Account) since July 2022 and the 2^nd person in all of AMP to sell 50 DNA. Kyle was recognized twice as the Digital Rep of the Month in the Central Region and he finished 2022 as the 6^th ranked rookie in all of AMP.

Kyle grew up in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, which is located in the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area. He went to Glenbard West High School where he played baseball and basketball. After graduating from Glenbard West, Kyle attended Carthage college in Wisconsin on a baseball scholarship and he played at a high level there for 4 years. A fun fact about Kyle is that while he was attending Carthage, he started playing poker and became so good at it that he was able to pay his tuition with the money that he won playing in poker tournaments. After graduating from Carthage College, Kyle still had a passion for baseball so he started coaching for a high level travel baseball program, and he still mentors youth baseball players.

After gaining valuable organizational and leadership skills coaching baseball, and learning from his mother who is a small business owner, Kyle was ready to find a career. This is his 1^st job after graduating from college and he has found a career home that he really enjoys and loves.

When Kyle is not working, he enjoys playing basketball in a men’s league every Wednesday night in Lombard, and he also has developed a passion for Golf. Kyle and his group of friends tee it up every weekend here in the Chicagoland area during the golf season, and they have taken a few golf trips this year to Wisconsin and Florida. He is still pretty good at poker, and will be playing in the World Series Circuit later this month and in April!
