Congratulations to Crystal Judkins on winning AMP Support Services and Onboarding Support Employee of the Year!
Crystal started with AMP in 2017 on a newly formed Google Street View Trusted team, but at the start of 2018 she transferred to the Customer Support department and began assisting customers. In 2021, Crystal was promoted to Customer Support Team Lead. In her current role, Crystal is responsible for responding to customer correspondence and assisting customers with all account concerns. Crystal has been the go-to person in Customer Support for a few years when assistance is needed from another department. Anytime Crystal is approached with an opportunity to work on a project, she dives right in to get it completed. She is the person the AMP Support Services team looks to for help resolving account issues, often times calling to collect a payment or resolve an issue with a contract.
Crystal invested a lot of her time this year onboarding a brand new team and teaching them all things AMP, while still making sure our customers were receiving the best service. She knows that the investment in product knowledge that she shares with her co-workers will help them be successful in answering customer questions. She takes the time to really listen to both her co-workers as well as her customers. She is known for her quick wit and humor to ease her team and peers around her in stressful times.
Crystal sets a high standard for showing what it takes to be a helpful, thoughtful, motivated member of AMP Support Services. We are so incredibly lucky and proud to have her as a leader on the Customer Support team.
