Congratulations to Alivia Ranieri on her promotion to Digital Inside Sales Business Development Team Lead!
In Alivia’s new role, she will work closely with our Associate Account Managers for our Schaumburg Digital Inside Sales team. She will spend valuable time with new reps during the onsite of their career, providing shoulder to shoulder training, leading sales topics, assist with follow up, etc. Alivia will be working alongside Angelica Muriella and Megan Goettsche to help develop individuals for our growing inside sales team.
Alivia started her journey at AMP in June of 2021 as an Associate Account Manager on our Schaumburg Digital Inside Sales team. One of the first personal goals she set for herself was to find a home and grow within a company. Look at you go Livs! She joined AMP after graduating with her degree in Business Administration from Augustana! Not only was she a leader in academics with tutoring on the side, but she also was an extremely competitive player on the varsity softball team! Alivia is an “all in,” type of person and is always giving 110%. She never is one to settle and invests in herself and always works to improve! Alivia sets specific goals, reaches them & continues to raise the bar – the cycle of success! Alivia is averaging an impressive $57,364 in monthly sales, 15.63 NDR accounts per month and $9,842 in NDR revenue! She is currently ranking #1 for Top Digital Inside Sales Reps!
Alivia has taken on a lot of training responsibility for Team Goettsche throughout the past year. She is an individual that reps feel comfortable coming to and asking questions. She provides constructive feedback and is extremely intentional with her one on one training time. Alivia always stays super calm during any conflict and is extremely solution oriented. She is always there to lend a helping hand. Not only is Alivia truly admired by her teammates, but also her customers! Alivia is a fantastic account manager that works hard and wants what’s best for the customers. A few months back one of her customers asked for the phone number of Alivia’s manager and wouldn’t tell Alivia why. She was thinking she was in trouble – that was absolutely not the case. That customer called her manager and raved about Alivia and about how grateful he was to have her as his dedicated account manager.
In Alivia’s free time she loves spending time with her big Italian family and hanging out with her siblings. Alivia also enjoys reading and going to the gym!
Alivia is extremely hard-working, disciplined and a team player. All great qualities of a true leader.
