Since joining AMP fresh out of college Matt has been integral in scaling his department to support new initiatives and building practical processes around qualitative deliverables to maintain rapid growth. He is extremely detail-oriented and possesses tremendous creative ability as a director and a graphic designer. Matt excels through strong leadership and communication skills while meeting tight deadlines. He oversees the Fulfillment department and manages the day-to-day performance of the GSV photography team. Matt has also personally designed a significant amount of the company’s marketing material and has directed the look and feel of the AMP branding. He leads by example and sets high standards for his team to ensure the quality and timeliness of AMP’s products.
Matt is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time in Northern Minnesota with his family fishing and relaxing lakeside.
